- A 50% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required when booking vehicle/vehicles. Deposit will be held on a credit card after the first 24 hr. period.
- A $100.00 clean-up for ill stomach or excessive spills in the vehicle. This will be charged to the renter's credit card.
- Damage to the vehichle/vehicles or any components or contents of the vehicle. This will be charged to the renter's credit card.

A charge for excessive mess and/or trash as chauffeur sees fit. This will be charged to the renter's credit card.
- Booking is to be terminated with no refund and all booking fees due, for any conduct not appropriate as the chauffeur sees fit.
- No parts of the body, drinks, etc. are allowed outside of the vehichle/vehicles at any time. Standing up in the moon roof is only allowed while vehichle/vehicles is not in motion and no more than 2 at once.
- Night Ride Luxuries Party Bus and Limousine is not responsible for any injury due to inappropriate behavior.
